Hogan Assessment Coaching utilizes the Hogan Assessments, a suite of psychometric tests designed to evaluate an individual's personality traits, values, and potential derailers, to provide targeted feedback and development plans for enhancing leadership effectiveness and self-awareness.

Coaching often happens 1:1. We start with goals. What do you want to achieve? What will it take to get you there? I ask questions and listen, you do internal exploration. Along the way, we’ll follow side channels that lead to important self-discovery. It’s helpful to have a Hogan Assessment to start - it provides a baseline from which to work.

It depends on several factors - willingness to be vulnerable, willingness to explore different management techniques, team buy-in, practice, consistency, feedback, and whether we’re a good match.
